Refund & Return Policy

At ZIBO, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sales (unless defective)

In case of a manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method or store credit, as applicable. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from ZIBO.
